These terms apply when you use oravscreative.com or hire ORAVS Creative for websites, branding, marketing, automation, IT support or training. Your written quote adds the details for your project. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.
1. Quotes and prices
- Package prices on this website are starting prices in Tanzanian Shillings. Your final price comes in a written quote after we understand your needs.
- A quote is valid for 30 days.
- Domain names, hosting, paid plugins, advertising budgets and printing are separate costs unless the quote includes them.
2. Payment
- We accept mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas, HaloPesa) to +255 627 127 786 and bank transfer. International clients receive payment details with their quote.
- Work starts after you confirm the quote and make the first payment stated in it.
- We confirm each payment by phone, WhatsApp or email and give you a receipt.
3. Your part
- You provide text, photos, logos and logins on time. Delays in content move the delivery date.
- You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us.
4. Revisions and changes
Each quote states the number of revision rounds included. New pages, features or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.
5. Ownership
After full payment, you own your website content, design files and logo files made for you. We hand over admin access and source files listed in the quote. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Hosting and third parties
Hosting providers, domain registrars, payment providers and plugin makers run their own services. We are not responsible for their outages or price changes, but we help you resolve issues.
7. Training and books
- Course dates and fees are confirmed when you register.
- Digital books are sent after payment is confirmed and are for your personal use only. Sharing or reselling them is not allowed.
- A course completion letter, if offered, is issued by ORAVS Creative and is not a government qualification.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a project in writing. Work completed up to that date is charged as stated in the quote. Training fees are refunded in full if you cancel 7 days or more before the start date.
9. Liability
We deliver our work with care and fix defects we caused at no charge for 30 days after launch. We are not liable for lost income or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
